Chop It or Grow It - Every Girl's Dilemma

Now that I've spent the past 2-3 years growing out my hair, I am totally bored with it and ready for a change. Here are a couple of looks I'm pondering.

Whatever haircut I get has to meet a few criteria:
1) low maintenance. I am tired of spending 30-45 minutes every morning to round-brush my hair in sections
2) have versatility. I like to ear my hair different ways: up/down, middle part/side part, straight/curly
3) look sophisticated and professional - yet still sexy. 
Thoughts? Suggestions?
