Hundreds of Dallas' best restaurants gather at the Plaza of the Americas Hotel and set up tasting stations. You wander around three floors of the hotel and sample delicious edibles from all kinds of venues.
One of my favorite stops is always Paula Lambert's Mozzarella Company. She makes the most delicious cheeses and serves them with wonderful and unique breads. And nothing goes better with all that wine than cheese! Yum!
They also had live music scattered about the event with a jazz trio here and a Big Band crooner there.
