Who Needs a Massage? I'm Giving One Away!

I don't know about you, but my life is stressful. Not because it's bad, but because it's so BUSY!

I am a partner in a marketing firm, I have a child, I have to think about making something healthy for dinner every night, I have clients to keep happy, I am constantly running to sports games and practices, I am planning events, developing blog posts, creating innovative branding strategies... and, oh yeah, I have a husband who occasionally reminds me that he's still around, but not for long if I don't pay attention to him. Whew.  It's exhausting!

Notice what is left out of the equation above? Me-time! Every now and then, you need to take a little time for yourself and recharge, even if it's for an hour.  Massage Envy to the rescue!!

  1. Hello Cynthia!

I could use a massage, sure. But my wife really needs one! She's a rockstar - working all day and being a great wife and mom when she gets home. I would love to give this to her.

    Thanks for running this contest!

  2. Cynthia,

I need a massage, since I'm a full time student, Work full time, and work out daily for an hour. Have lost 4 pant sizes since Jan 2010.

Also It would be a great Graduation Present since I will graduate in May and Continue working in Pr and Marketing for a Dallas Bridal Company.

  3. Cynthia,
I NEED a massage because I have NEVER had one. I Just had my FIRST manacure & pedicure a month ago...I decided that THIS year was going to be about ME,as I NEVER do for myself!!! I just CAN'T afford these "very special" things to pamper myself. I work full time, take care of the house, husband, daughter...& everyone that decides to come over.
Thank you for doing this for a special women. We ALL need to have time for ourselves.

  4. If you are going to leave an "Anonymous" comment, make sure you leave me an email address! If I can't click through to your profile and email you, I will need a way to contact you if you win. Good luck!!

  5. You can also leave a comment on my Facebook Fan Page and I can message you through Facebook... Become a Fan!!

  6. Cynthia,
What a great contest! I could really use a massage because my shoulders, forearms, and hands get very tight when I'm making my hats, especially all that hand-stitching with a curved needle! I'm always having to massage my own arms and hands - never as good or as effective as a professional massage. :-)
Btw, good to see you at Mad Hatter's yesterday - sorry I wasn't able to stop and chat!
    Take care,

  7. I would LOVE to be the one on the massage table for a change. I am a single parent who is always on the go, and amongst my many trades, I give massages-- but never get one ha ha ha. I work extended hours late into the evening, so my shoulders are Sore - with a capital S, yesssss. So like we say in Mexico: YO, POR FAVOR!

  8. I would love a massage! I just started a new job, so things are pretty stressful at the moment - as I try to remember the names of all of my coworkers AND learn all of the ins and outs of my new position!

  9. I've worked over 80 hours in the past 2 weeks! I am exhausted but I keep going! It would be nice to relax with a massage!

  10. I would absolutely love a massage- why? Well, I am about to graduate law school, on top of 17 credit hours this semester, I've been working 30 hours a week. I am so looking forward to graduation, but the kicker is, bar review starts 2 days after. So I am looking at sitting in a chair for 12+ hours a day studying until the end of July. So something awesome to look forward to like a massage would be amazing.

  11. Hi Cynthia, I need a massage because I am a stressed medical student studying for my boards!

  12. Hi Cynthia! I'm in need of a massage!! I have actually never had one done and need some me time. I'm a full time student and work full time as well. I'm a server at a restaurant and I'm constantly on my feet all night with no break! I work out to relieve some tension but it never really works as needed. Thank you so much!!

  13. Howdy, Cynthia! I am mom to a 4 year old, 7 year old, 39 year old (husband) and 92 year old (grandma in law). I need a massage because I still carry that sleeping 50lb 4 year old to bed every other night and I lift the 92 year old's wheelchair in and out of the car every Thursday at least 6 times. My back is out of whack, but at least I've done it by taking care of the people I love. Would love to get a massage, and I think you definitely deserve one, too. ;)

  14. I have a 1 yr old who is getting into everything as soon as I'm not looking, and a 4 yr old who has been diagnosed w an autism spectrum disorder who constantly has to be taken to multiple therapies, dr visits, and just keeping him under control is tough! Not to mention trying to get my Mastiff and Great Dane to the vet.... Oh yeah I do have a hubby to take care of too, being surrounded by boys all day gets super tiring and I'm looking for a reason to run away for an hour ;)

  15. So this weekend is the MS150. I'm going to ride 86 miles on Day 1 and 76 on Day two. I really need a massage after that... and a cold beer.
