Dallas Mommy Bloggers Unite!

I hooked up with some fellow Dallas Mommy Bloggers this week at Bolsa for meeting of the minds. Our directive for the luncheon was simple: (1) talk about the goals for our blogs in 2011 and get feedback and support on how to acheive them and (2) get some girl time in!

I'm a big believer in the Law of Attraction. You attract what you focus on, through your words, thoughts and actions. So, by stating the good things that you want for yourself, you set in motion a course of action that allows the Universe to deliver these things to you.

As more and more companies and corporations realize the word-of-mouth power a mom blog can have, the more parties and promotions I get invited to participate in (which is awesome!).  It's also a small community and I see the same bloggers at almost every function.  My wish for 2011,  is that more of you fabulous, interesting women do more than just read our blogs and start writing blogs of your own! Then we can invite you to our fabulous lunches.

  1. Hey Cynthia! I'm a big fan of the Law of Attraction as well. Did you ever get into the Abraham-Hicks stuff? I mean, I know there is the Secret, but that only scratches the surface. I've got three or four of their books on CD.

  2. What happened to social media mommies? ;)

  3. @Neil, I read The Secret, but have not read much of Abraham-Hicks. Perhaps I need to check it out!

@Nichole, although I prefer the term "Social Media Mommy" - "Mommy Blogger" is a more generic term used in online searches. :-)
