Let's Go Greek!

I find it funny that after 20+ years out of college, I can still sing the Greek Alphabet song. They teach it you when you are a pledge to help you learn the Greek Alphabet.

"Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon, Zeta, Theta, Eta, Iota, Kappa, Lambda, Mu, Nu. Xi, Omachi, Pi, Rho, Sigma, Tau, Upsilon, Phi, Chi, Si, Omega. Let me hear you say, Gooooo Greek. Let me hear you say, Gooooooooooo Greek."

Now there's a life skill that has come in handy - not. Learning how to guzzle a beer bong in under 10 seconds. Now that's been a skill I've used many times.

I've had lots of fun in the past several months reconnecting with some of my long lost sorority sisters via FaceBook. The gal on the right here, Sarah, now lives in Chicago. She was in town this weekend to visit her parents, so me and my gal pal, Sue, all met for brunch on Sunday to catch up. It was a lot of fun to see her. Funny thing was, we didn't even relive the glory days so much, which is what usually happens we you see old friends. We spent our time talking about what we are doing now and how we got to where we are.

I had so much fun with Sarah, that I am now organizing a larger get-together for all my Delta Zeta sisters who live in the DFW area for next month. Now that, will be fun.

I'm thinking we have improved with age...
