 June
 1,
 2013
 at
 the
 Dallas
 Zoo
 in
 the
 Lacerte
 Family
 Children’s
 Zoo,
 Giants
 of
 the
 Savanna,
 Cat
 Green
 in
 ZooNorth
 and
 Picnic
Ridge.

 
 

Jamie,
 the 
youngest 
giraffe 
at 
the
 Dallas 
Zoo, 
is 
stepping 
out 
as 
this 
year’s
 “safari 
guide,” 
and
 she
 promises
 it
 will
 be
 an
 evening
 to
 remember!
 The
 block
 party
 style
 event
 will
 feature
 kid‐friendly
 fare
 from
 16
 restaurants
 and
 exciting
 entertainment
 such
 as
 bounce
 houses,
 a
 live 
DJ,
 face
 painting 
and 
arts
 and
 crafts, 
as
 well
 as
 unique
 animal
encounters,

 bird
 show

 Wildlife
