NBC DFW reports that Dallas residents were out early this morning to join Mayor Mike Rawlings for a back-to-school fair. The fair includes free supplies for families that financially qualify, as well as free screenings for school-aged children. Dallas students can get free health, dental and vision screenings, free immunizations, and even free haircuts as part of the fair. Apparently showing off his dance moves is one way Rawlings stays connected to the citizens of Dallas. Shake it, Mike. Shake it!
