Dawn Neufeld to join the cast of The Broadcast

Courtney Kerr, Amy Kushnir, Dawn Neufeld, Suzie Humphreys and Lisa Pineiro

NorthPark Center uploaded a photo to Instagram from the set of a new photo shoot for KTXD's The Broadcast today saying, "On set with the gorgeous ladies of @thebroadcasttv today!".  Only problem is... The Broadcast wasn't quite ready to announce their newest member to the world yet. OOPS! This is why I love social media. I get all my best scoop from Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and the like. People are just so anxious to share!  Word has it that Dawn will be joining the show as a roving reporter through the end of the year. Starting in January she will take on a more regular role on alternate weeks, giving current co-host Suzie Humphries more time to travel for her motivational speaking.

So, now that the cat is out of the bag, let's all welcome my pal Dawn Neufeld to the the show!

So, who is Dawn Neufeld? Well... she practiced law in Los Angeles for a year before moving to Buffalo, New York where her husband Ryan played for the NFL's Buffalo Bills.  A cast member of VH1's Football Wives (2010), Dawn was featured on the cover of the Ft. Worth Star-Telegram's DFW.com 2012 "Hot Issue." She was the host of D210 TV, a show featuring the latest in Dallas entertainment and sports. She also co-hosted The Bite, a weekly cutting-edge entertainment show broadcast in high volume restaurant chains nation wide. Dawn has been featured in a series of mommy Smart Tips on the Fine Living Network. She has appeared on CNN Headline News addressing various hot news topics.

When not in front of the camera, Dawn is a corporate attorney specializing in business litigation - she has been a frequent guest on The Broadcast as a legal expert, most recently addressing the Treyvon Martin case. She also frequently emcees charity and community events. Dawn is the reigning Mrs. Frisco America and recently competed in the Mrs. Texas pageant for the fifth time. She placed in the top five and won the awards for Best Interview and Career Achievement. She enjoys competing in the pageant because it gives her a platform to promote autism awareness. When I can wrangle her into it, she occasionally contributes to this website, but her proudest accomplishment is being a Mom to two adorable kids, Will and Brynn.
