Flywheel spins into Plano

Sponsored:

Flywheel is a high-energy indoor cycling sensation that started in New York and has taken Dallas by storm with locations in Highland Park and Plano.  (Psst... I’ve heard Troy Aikman is a regular at the HP location!)  Plano will be the first facility in Texas to implement FlyBarre, a total body sculpting class that blends the best of light weight training, dance, and core strengthening exercises. Unlike typical barre classes, FlyBarre incorporates more cardio with pulsating movements for a better and more effective workout. To celebrate the arrival of FlyBarre in Texas, the Plano location will host a week-long open house with free Flywheel and FlyBarre classes throughout September 23 – 29.

Visit their Facebook Page and you can enter

Flywheel is located in Highland Park at 4252 Oak Lawn Avenue and in Plano at 5964 W. Parker Rd., Ste. 100.  You can reserve your spots in Flywheel and FlyBarre classes by emailing plano@flywheelsports.com!
