Mad Hatter's Tea Announces Rachel Zoe As Celebrity Guest for 2017

The Mad Hatter's Tea and Luncheon has long been one of my personal favorite events of the year so I am gleeful about next year's luncheon and fashion show because it was just announced that for the 29th annual event  RACHEL ZOE will be in attendance and her designs will walk the runway courtesy of Tootsies. Bananas! The 2017 theme has been announced as Under The Tuscan Sun and the event will take place April 27, 2017.

This fabulous and fun party has been an ongoing fundraising event sponsored by the Women’s Council of the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden. Monies raised grow and maintain A Woman’s Garden, a major garden at the Dallas Arboretum. Over 500 guests, will attend in wild and wonderful over-the-top hats to compete in a variety of themes (to be announced at a later date) and to view the glorious springtime azalea displays and flowers that grace the Dallas Arboretum.

The event includes champagne reception in Ginsburg Plaza, professionally staged and choreographed fashion presentation produced by the inimitable Jan Strimple, followed by a seated luncheon under elegantly draped tents. Hats are judged in different categories. Winners are announced at the fashion show and strut the runway.

Individual Patron tickets begin at $350 and are available through the website at www.womenscouncildallasarboretum.org. A limited number of individual tickets at $250 each will be available in Spring of 2017 for a short time. They will be listed on the website when they go on sale. This event always sells out and with Rachel Zoe in attandance, I bet the 2017 tea sells out in record time. Don't miss out on one of the most fun days of the year!!!
